The Eagles have found their new head coach to help rebuild the franchise.
After countless interviews with multiple candidates, it is reported the Eagles have hired Colts' OC Nick Sirianni to be their new head coach.
Sirianni seems to be a sensible hire. He has worked with former Eagles OC Frank Reich in Indy the past few season. He is a young offensive-minded coach who seemed to be well liked among his players. Sirianni has helped developed offenses that have ranked in the top 12 in two of the past three years.
This is a team that is in a rebuild and Sirianni could potentially be a guy that can build a winning culture.
