Week 3 is upon us and injuries have more than likely affected your season long fantasy team. I know that injuries always have an impact on football, but I don't remember a season where this many big names have gone down. I think the lack of a real off-season has a lot to do with the injuries, but I guess we will really never know. The good news is, you get to draft a new team each week in daily fantasy! We are putting the first two weeks behind us and moving on to Week 3. There is a lot to like about this week, mainly the amount of quality stacks that you can put into your lineups. As a reminder, I focus each week on the main slate only. Here are my favorite plays of the week.
Favorite Stack
ARI vs DET: Implied game total of 54.5 points
1.Kyler Murray - $6800 -Murray has put up 33 and 27 Draft Kings points in the first two weeks, including 3 rushing TD's. 2. Kenyan Drake - $6000 -Detroit was torched last week by Aaron Jones and the Packers. I like Drake to really get going this week. 3.DeAndre Hopkins - $7900 -Hopkins has 32 and 20 points respectively in the first two weeks. The most important stat is the 25 targets that have come his way. I don't see a reason that slows down this week. 4. Kenny Golladay - $6200 -Golladay has missed the first two games of the season, but when healthy he has proved to be a WR1. **This leaves you with $4620 per player remaining

Second Favorite Stack DAL at SEA: Implied game total of 55.5 points 1. Dak Prescott - $7200
2. CeeDee Lamb - $5400

As you can see there are some nice matchups to target this week. There are a lot of different stacks out there that you can build your lineup around. I typically don't like to pay up at QB, but the options at the top end of the pricing this week are way too intriguing to pass up. If you are going to use those higher owned options, you will have to differentiate your lineup with your value plays. That is certainly possible to do. I don't worry about ownership as much in NFL DFS as I do in other sports, because there are so many options of guys to put in your lineups. I see this as a week where the winning GPP scores will be higher than they have in the first two weeks of the season, so you are going to need to hit on some low-end guys to get up there.
